1. Open your Facebook Messenger app, on your chat interface click on your photo icon at the top left hand corner.
2. Then scroll down and click on “Account Settings”.
3. Click on "Blocking"

Now a page like the one below will appear, You can search for the person you want to unblock using the search bar, or, if you already see them, click on the Unblock button beside their name and a confirmation page will appear for you to confirm if you really want to unblock that particular person.

To unblock someone using your Facebook lite or even the Original Facebook application, Just go to your feed and tap the menu button in the upper right-hand corner.
Then choose Settings and Privacy < Settings < Blocking. On that page, you will see the list of people you have blocked, To unblock the person you wish to unblock, click on the “Unblock” button beside the person's name, and then click “Unblock” again in the pop-up confirmation page to confirm.
